Bake cupcakes and chill them until really cold so that when you cut out the center heart it will hold its shape better. Gently pressed heart shaped cookie cutter
in about an inch to form the outline then use a
knife to cut it out carefully. Fill with your favorite icing. Sprinkle with sugar or your favorite sprinkles.
